Garishma Bhayana

Ms. Garishma Bhayana is engaged as a University Junior Research Fellow at National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata since January 2021. She is also pursuing her PhD from NUJS in International Trade Law on the topic “The Diminishing Role of WTO in International Trade: Shifting Trade Platforms from Multilateralism to Plurilateralism”. She completed her LL.M. from NUJS in 2017. Her LL.M. dissertation title was “Legality of Plain Packaging under the Flexibilities of the WTO Regime”. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade and Business Laws from The Indian Academy of International Law and Diplomacy, Indian Society of International Law. Her areas of interest include International Trade Law & Environment Law.
